Clint McDonell​

With more than 30 years as a fitness professional, athlete, academic, and businessman, Clint brings a unique blend of wisdom, wit and hands on experience to each training session.
You’ll quickly feel how his decades of experience, his keen observations, and his gift for innovation relieve you of years of unhelpful, even damaging, movement patterns. 
Clint says: “So much of what we do and who we are is tied into our fitness. Our ability to live the way we want to live, enjoy our brainpower and the fruits of our labour, is dependent on our level of health and fitness. To get the most out of life, you need to be fit.”
More than an avid fitness enthusiast, Clint has excelled at a multitude of sports. A 4th degree black belt in 2 karate styles, a 3rd degree black in Muay Thai, and a Pan Pacific Jiu Jitsu champion title ranks him as an elite martial artist. Add 27 State and National track cycling titles (including 2nd place in the Austral wheelrace in 2007), Victorian Team Triathlon Title winner, AFL amateur best and fairest winner (200 games) and registered PADI diving instructor – and you have a rich and varied sporting background.
Clint says: “I understand the benefits of cross training and how to present myself at competition in the best possible shape, both mentally and physically. It’s that knowledge that allows me to figure out how to get the best out of my clients.

Stuart Wilson

Stuart has been in the Melbourne fitness scene for nearly a decade, bringing a range of experience and sporting background over from the UK. He has competed in various sports over the years, however it was through 17 years of Karate and then American football at university that he discovered his passion for fitness:
“I love the impact that exercise can have on improving a person’s lifestyle. Be it physically, mentally and emotionally, the human body is an incredible mechanism. It can be trained to achieve amazing feats of performance, or simply to make daily life easier.”

Stuart completed a Degree in Criminology and spent a few years in a graduate job. “I knew that helping people physically was where I actually wanted to be”. Making a career change, he set out to gain his Diploma in Fitness, and spent the last 6 years building experience across Strength & Conditioning, injury prevention and training older adults.
Stuart continues to practice in fundamental strength training, mobility work, Martial arts and running.

Sarah Jonas Ferguson

Sarah is our Pilates head instructor and manages the Yoga & Pilates side of the business. 

Sarah fell in love with Pilates when she was diagnosed with hip dysplasia. Pilates was by far her most successful form of rehabilitation. In 2013 Sarah moved to the USA where she decided to put her love of Pilates into a new career path. In 2016 Sarah completed her certification and started teaching. “I love helping people move, get fitter, stronger, and feel good.”

Sarah’s classes contain a mixture of traditional Pilates, strength training, stretching and mobility movements. 

Outside of work, Sarah loves to travel and is always planning her next trip, spending time with friends and family, as well as finding the best coffee in town!
