Brit originally trained as an Accountant completing a Bachelor in Commence at University of Melbourne. However, as Brit started working and stress levels increased her health and vitality decreased. It was then that Brit decided to take charge of her health and complete a Diploma in Naturopathic Nutrition at the College of Naturopathic Medicine in London. Now Brit strives to help people reset their health, as she did hers, and lead them on the path of wellness.
Brit specialises in nutritional therapy and dietary education. She is committed to forming relationships with clients looking to lead better lives and not settling for living with symptoms and disease. The basis of the majority of disease lies within inflammation and imbalance in the body, Brit looks at the root causes for the issues and develops a personalised plan just for you.
